Puffin hostel is more than I expected put of any budget friendly hotel. We came here as a couple and got our separate room and bathroom which was clean and all basic amenities provided - water bottles, AC, TV, toiletries.. etc. It has a roof top kitchen, a very well maintained one with a little dinning space. You can cook your own meal there are plenty of dishes and cutlery available with microwave, oven, kettle. The place is so centrally located in Besiktas with a street full of food joints. Nights are quite happening. I will totally recommend this place for travel lovers.

I stayed in Puffin for one night. It was comfortable and stuff also were hospitable. The room was heated well. Prices are not bad for the area. But the thing that I liked most about the hostel was the room was very clean.

I stayed two nights at this hostel. It was noisy because of the location that near bars and cafes. Clean rooms but bathrooms were not clean enough. It is close to Beşiktaş pier and square. Location is not bad.

These people are very rude and claim that I don't know how to handle my responsibilities, they collected money for my stay and are asking me to make a new reservation They claim its my mistake although I asked them several times if its possible to move forward my booking , the worst experience ever

This hostel collects money out of nowhere, not for just 1 time but for 2 times, out of mistakes happening from Hostel staff , second time out of my busy schedule they refuse to cooperate and collect money regardless of your stay
